Special thanks to a representative from the office of Katrina Foley, Vice Chair, Board of Supervisors, Orange County Supervisor, Fifth District, as well as representatives from the California State Assembly, California State Senate, County of Orange, and the City of Costa Mesa for personally delivering certificates of recognition.
