WHITE Milano, a prominent womenswear tradeshow during Milan Fashion Week, is set to provide a platform for Saudi design talent. The Saudi 100 Brands initiative, in collaboration with WHITE Milano, is showcasing over 43 designers from Saudi Arabia. This initiative, launched in 2021, supports Saudi designers in the fashion, luxury, and jewelry sectors by providing resources and mentorship to help elevate their brands, both locally and internationally.
During WHITE Milano, Saudi designers will have the opportunity to present their work and make an impact in the fashion industry. Among the participating designers are Ashwaq AlMarshad, the first Saudi designer available at Harvey Nichols Riyadh’s haute couture department, and Saja, presenting the “Al-Sefah” SS24 bag inspired by Saudi palm leaf weaving. Established Saudi labels, including Nouf Alsudairi, RBA NY, Mazroud, and others, are also part of the showcase.
The event will also feature emerging Saudi designers, such as Rebirth, RM Jewelry, La Précieuse, and many more. WHITE Milano is a significant event for emerging brands, and the participation of Saudi designers reflects the growing global interest in Saudi fashion.
The Saudi 100 Brands showcase at WHITE Milano will be held in Padiglione Visconti, a new 1,000 square-meter multi-purpose space in Milan. The event is expected to draw international buyers and fashion enthusiasts, providing Saudi designers with an opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the global fashion scene and share a piece of their heritage with the world.
